The Handwritten Gospels

JSBC’s Hope for Louisville ministry recruits young adults to come for a summer or a year to build relationships with people who are homeless through service and intentional living. At the end of each year, we give gifts to the parting Hope Team. This year, we gave them all moleskin journals and encouraged them to join together in handwriting the gospels over the next year and a half as a way to let the scriptures sink into their minds and hearts. I created this simple logo to accompany the daily writing schedule. We are starting with the Gospel of Mark, which will take 128 days to complete.
